This program is still in it's developmental stages but let me share with you the concept and it's potential! PartnerUp!is being crafted to act as a means of real-time communication between parents or guardians and the teacher's of their child. From the start of the day, parents inform the teacher of the child's behavior and disposition prior to arriving to school. The teacher has the ability to be prepared for that student's arrival and what (if anything) needs to be done to help them transition throughout the day. End of day at school a report of behavior and disposition is sent to the parent, who continues working with their child (using recommendations and strategies provided by the teacher) and documenting results. The goal is to have a comprehensive report of behaviors-triggers-strategies-outcome by the end of the school year that identifies behavioral patterns and successful resolutions. By doing so you pin-point the areas in which your child needs the most work and the ways in which you can help reduce a bad behavior and increase a better one!
